Insurance Repairs

Your vehicle is one of your major investments

So your decisions concerning it's repair could mean the difference between protecting that investment or not.

It is also important to make the right choices when deciding on where to have your vehicle repaired. Today's collision repair work can be complex because many of today's vehicles are engineered with unibody construction; multiple electronics and high-tech paint finishes from the factory.

As collision repair specialists, we understand that repair estimates are confusing, often incomplete and only add to your confusion and frustration. We will take the time to answer all of your questions. We will also be sure that you are notified about any parts or procedures specified by an insurer that may not be in your best interest. We understand that placing your vehicle into someone else's hands for repair work can be inconvenient. How long will it take? Will it look right? You'll be glad to know that we are truly looking out for YOU our customer.

We hope that you feel you've come to the right place

Since you have to consider a body shop now, we are glad that you visited our site.

You'll appreciate knowing that our body shop is a highly professional collision repair center providing superior service and performance in an exceptionally efficient manner.

Results count and that's why we've made significant ongoing investments in modern equipment and advanced material systems, specially designed to restore today's more complex vehicles to their original condition and value to the best of human ability.

Precision starts with a craftsmen-like attitude. We take pride in paying close attention to the small things in everything we do, from ensuring the safety and integrity of your vehicle to matching your vehicle's finish. We are committed to making sure our personnel are highly trained and that they receive periodic training to keep up with the latest technical innovations. We have the expertise required to do the job right the first time.

Important facts you should know before you pick a shop!

1) NO law requires you to get more than one estimate.

2) You are not obligated to use any particular shop to obtain repairs. You choose the shop and authorize the repairs.

3) If you are given a list of shops to choose from and the shop that you would like to use is not on that list, call or go by that shop and ask why. Most shops not on the insures list have chosen NOT to participate for one reason or another and know how to deal with insures independently.

4) A guarantee on repairs by an insurance company is only as good as the warranty given by the shop itself. Don't be fooled.

Facts you should know before authorizing repair work

1) Your vehicle is a major investment. Preserve it's value and your safety by having it repaired professionally at the shop of your choice.

2) Some insurance companies may want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this or you may leave your car at our shop and ask the insurance company to inspect it here. We will arrange for an on-site inspection with your insurance company.

3) While differences in repair estimates are common, lower estimates may not include all necessary work. It is easy for some shops to under bid by simply overlooking details. We will work with your insurance company to provide you with a comprehensive appraisal and solid services, all for a fair price.

4) Only you can authorize repairs on your vehicle. Be certain that the insurance will cover the cost of repairing all accident damages before you sign anything.

5) Be sure to select a shop that utilizes unibody repair equipment and certified technicians. And ask to see examples of their repair work, either in progress or completed.

6) You have the option of asking us to help in the negotiations on your claim with the insurance company.

Your satisfaction is guaranteed!

We know that choosing a collision repair center can be stressful. How do you know who does a good job? Will you be satisfied? Will your vehicle look and drive the same as before the accident? What about hidden damage? Color matching? Will the parts fit and align correctly? How long will my car be in the shop? Will it cost more than the insurance company allowances?

At Mike's Paint & Body we take the guesswork out of your decision making. Our estimates are written and printed in dollars. You will not hear our staff talk about how many UNITS or hours a procedure may or may not take. YOU WILL KNOW WHAT IT COSTS! We make your decision making easier because we list procedures separately in everyday English that you can understand. YOU WILL NOT HAVE TO HOPE THAT THEY WILL BE PREFORMED. Some of our procedures are not even listed in insurer estimating programs but are extremely important to a safe and proper repair and we list them all. While working on your vehicle we use only the best materials available and our skilled technicians are highly trained. They know how to get the job done properly and efficiently with the highest quality results so that you and your vehicle can get back on the road as soon as possible.

We pride ourselves on doing the beat job possible, the first time. That's why we provide a Lifetime Warranty on our workmanship. It's that simple. We deliver customer satisfaction on the services we offer. Our service and commitment to the vehicle owner is what sets us apart from all the others. We're here to earn your trust.

Thank you for the opportunity.
